A typical Turkish breakfast recipe of poached eggs on hot garlic yogurt.
1.Stir the garlic through the Boer'n yogurt® and season with a little salt.
2. Melt the butter over a low heat until it changes color but does not burn, then remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the smoked paprika and chilli flakes.
3.Poach the eggs and then heat the garlic yogurt in a pan for about 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then divide the yogurt over a plate or bowl with a poached egg on top.
4.Pour the paprika and chilli butter on top and sprinkle with some fresh dill. Serve with Turkish bread.
