Bleu d'Auvergne is a creamy spicy blue cheese. The Bleu d'Auvergne comes from the French region of the same name, Auvergne. This used to be a volcanic area, nowadays it is lushly vegetated. The cows that graze here give milk with a spicy and rich taste, which you can also taste in the cheese. Bleu d'Auvergne is very suitable for use in salads and sauces, but also tastes delicious on a cheese board.
"Huge disappointment !!! Ordered on June 11th to ensure timely delivery for my father for Father's Day …. Well, not so fast !! At first I received a message that it would be delivered on Saturday, and then suddenly it changed to delivery on Monday :-( Well, I received it on Monday, and it's inedible too – "bland and completely tasteless" is what my father told me..... Nice to hear, but not really :-( :-("
