As mentioned: great communication with a telephone order!
We had ordered a charcuterie board online. Once in the store, we actually didn't have to wait and could take it with us. It is a richly filled charcuterie board; we really enjoyed it: cheese, sausage, nuts, olives, skewers, crackers, and dips – truly delicious.
Ordered cheese. Which just never arrived. When I called them (because that is possible, very nice), I realized that I had indicated I would pick up the cheese. And that is not possible for me. Could I cancel and get my money back? Sure. Or just send the cheese anyway, sort of not send it because it is too soft to ship, and then use that money for the shipping costs. The next day, the two remaining (delicious!!!) cheeses were sent. Service! And tasty.
Was an excellent experience. Handwritten card, nicely packaged, sufficient contents.
Nice package with beautiful products. The order was placed online on a Thursday in the hope that it could still be delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately, that option was no longer available. It was going to be a Tuesday. In the end, the package was delivered on Saturday after all! Very nice. It concerns Zuivelhoeve 's-Gravezande."
A really nice package, but Post.nl managed to deliver it 3 days late. That makes the experience, through no fault of the Zuivelhoeve not positive, unfortunately."

Takes a very long time
For years, I have been visiting De weekly Zuivelhoeve for cheeses, nuts, and the occasional special treat, like this gift basket of goodies for a colleague who is leaving. I am always amazed by the staff's expertise (no one who has to read a label first before 'advising' me). The assortment suits me very well, the staff is very friendly (almost classically friendly), and the shop looks beautifully maintained. There is no way I will ever switch to another cheese shop, De Zuivelhoeve is a real detour shop.
Always fresh and on time. Simply top-notch.
Great! Nice packages
Upon delivery by PostNL, the packaging of the nuts was torn and the nuts were scattered throughout the box. In the store, it has been renewed and beautifully wrapped as a gift.
Staff very friendly and helpful. They even offered to include a card with the package I ordered without me asking. Super friendly.
It was a gift, so it had to arrive on a specific day. And that worked out. The contents were great!
Almost every week I go to the Zuivelhoeve I go to Amersfoort to get my trusted 35+ cheese; I usually pick up nuts and other snacks as well. I am always served very kindly.
1 package was delivered incorrectly 1 package was delivered late (probably an error by the delivery service) 1 package arrived correctly
Treated well and a very pleasant shop! Ordered 2 packages and will definitely do so more often!!
"Huge disappointment !!! Ordered on June 11th to ensure timely delivery for my father for Father's Day …. Well, not so fast !! At first I received a message that it would be delivered on Saturday, and then suddenly it changed to delivery on Monday :-( Well, I received it on Monday, and it's inedible too – "bland and completely tasteless" is what my father told me..... Nice to hear, but not really :-( :-("

At one of the Zuivelhoeve We had shops in our neighborhood put together a package for Father's Day with some tasty extras. Everything was well packaged and delivered as promised. All in all, a great experience.
