Good customer service, tasty products. Maybe a bit pricey for some.

I bought a drinks package that still hasn't been delivered a week later. I emailed the webshop and received a reply saying it is delayed.

A user-friendly website with a sufficient selection of gift packages. Good value for money. Delivered on time.

Ordered a letterbox package for a birthday. First, it was sent on the wrong date. Then, it wasn't sent to the shipping address. Customer service said it would be resolved immediately by resending the package. It is now a week later and the birthday gift still hasn't arrived.

My gift card was sent on time, but PostNL postponed the delivery 3 times. After reporting this to Zuivelhoeve I received a PostNL Business phone number from them (as it turned out later) to make inquiries. That was apparently not the intention, because Zuivelhoeve is a customer and therefore has to contact PostNL herself on behalf of her customer. After my call, the package was delivered. My tip for Zuivelhoeve is to resolve delivery problems for the customer and alleviate that concern.

"On Saturday morning, I placed an online order from Naarden, wanting to have a package delivered to Doetinchem on Monday. The owner called me within an hour to inform me that this wouldn't be possible because the shop was closed on Mondays. He suggested two alternatives, also offering to deliver the package himself that same day (after work). I was glad that I had the choice and that they were thinking along with me to find a solution. I chose Saturday, because receiving a nice charcuterie board over the weekend when your birthday isn't until Monday is naturally nicer than finding out afterwards. Fortunately, the recipient (for whom it was supposed to be a surprise) was home and already had birthday guests! It was a perfect solution that worked out very well thanks to the owner's alert and customer-friendly action. Everything was arranged perfectly!"

It was on the website page, but they couldn't deliver. After this review, they rectified the situation and gave a gift card. Very nice, but I would rather have the cheese fondue.

The package did not fully meet expectations, but I eventually received a suitable solution from the store, making it a nice surprise after all.

Easy system with the small bowls on the shelf, only the dips had all run into each other, so we mainly tasted a lot of honey mustard. The olive oil was also in multiple small bowls. Otherwise delicious!
