Very easy to order a letterbox package online. It is also very nice that it is sent via a local shop and that you can express specific preferences.

I also called multiple times to say that the package was not there. I am going to call again tomorrow, because it seems like the package was deliberately lost. Unfortunately for your company, I don't think I will be ordering such a package again."

The ordering process itself was straightforward, and I immediately received a confirmation stating that I would receive a track & trace code as soon as the package had been shipped. Unfortunately, that track & trace never arrived. Because I heard nothing further, I contacted the store myself the day after the scheduled delivery date. I was assisted in a friendly manner, but it turned out that the package would only be delivered that day, and therefore a day later than planned. Moreover, I had to look up the track & trace code myself. What I find less customer-friendly is that I had to chase this up myself. Proactive communication would have made this much more pleasant. I cannot yet judge whether the contents of the package meet expectations, as the recipient has not yet been able to inspect it. In short: friendly contact in the store, but the communication and delivery could be better."
"I ordered a fairly large gift box and 3 pieces of cheese. The gift box also served as the shipping box containing everything. I took the pieces of cheese out for myself, but I couldn't use the box as gift wrapping, which was the intention, because it was covered in cling film and shipping labels. The contents of the box were also incorrect, as instead of Chocolate Almonds Blueberry & Limoncello, there was a small box with a few raisins coated in colored sugar. Also, one of the pieces of cheese I ordered weighed 300g instead of 350g. The other two were 7 and 11g above the stated weight. I called the store about this, and the answer was that it is cut by hand and cannot be exactly right. It should then be indicated on the website. All in all, a disappointing experience and not worth repeating."
After we ordered a charcuterie board for Dad's birthday, it was a bit nerve-wracking (based on the reviews) whether the package would actually be delivered on the specified day! And tadaa, it was delivered right on the birthday!

Ordered products online. Good communication with an employee at the store in Waalre. Picked up products at the store on the agreed day. Neatly packaged and good products. Friendly staff, the store looks tidy and is easily accessible.
I order a letterbox package and then the recipient receives a note saying it doesn't fit in the letterbox.
Very satisfied with the ordered charcuterie board. Immediately ordered another one for Monday. Tip: make sure you can place an order at all branches.

I had indicated that I wanted my order delivered on a specific day. That didn't work because Post.nl had no space at the parcel pick-up points. Zuivelhoeve called me to explain that and ask if the delivery could be a day later. Great! The ordered package was a gift and the recipients were very happy with it.

We gave a luxury charcuterie board and sweets for afterwards as a gift; it was a fantastic surprise and incredibly delicious.
I ordered something for my brother-in-law's birthday. After choosing my package of wine and snacks, I received an email right away. The package was shipped quickly. Very satisfied, and it was well received. I was kept well informed by email. Great.
