"Huge disappointment !!! Ordered on June 11th to ensure timely delivery for my father for Father's Day …. Well, not so fast !! At first I received a message that it would be delivered on Saturday, and then suddenly it changed to delivery on Monday :-( Well, I received it on Monday, and it's inedible too – "bland and completely tasteless" is what my father told me..... Nice to hear, but not really :-( :-("

At one of the Zuivelhoeve We had shops in our neighborhood put together a package for Father's Day with some tasty extras. Everything was well packaged and delivered as promised. All in all, a great experience.

"In recent years, my wife and I have ordered here frequently. And always to our full satisfaction. Now, once again, we ordered well in advance (Monday) to have it delivered on Saturday for Father's Day. The package was delivered too late to PostNL (branch)." Leiden) or PostNL itself has experienced a delay. The cause is unknown to me. The consequence is, however, that the package will not be delivered until Monday (after Father's Day).

The package was fine. I was just supposed to receive a track & trace link regarding the delivery. I never received this. Because the package was also delivered late, we remained in uncertainty for a long time about whether everything would turn out alright. It was a get-well package, which made this extra important.

Prima means excellent, well packed with clear instructions for the carrier. I am kept more than sufficiently informed from shipment to delivery!

I had ordered a Father's Day package, accidentally clicked the wrong delivery date. Called the branch in Heiloo and they adjusted the date right away. Very nice package, my father was very happy with it.

fast delivery, nice package

I find this review difficult because the package itself was well taken care of and the ordering process went fine. But then, the delivery. The package was received on time by PostNL (although I, if I Zuivelhoeve was, would deliver the packages to PostNL a day earlier) but is simply not delivered on the desired delivery date. On the desired delivery day, an apology message appears and the package is delivered the next working day. But yes, by then the birthday is already over. This is such a shame! Anyway, Zuivelhoeve is the client and can change something about it or switch to another delivery service. I will Zuivelhoeve I would recommend it because the package itself is well taken care of.

Last Monday I placed an order with the ZuivelhoeveUnfortunately, something went wrong and the store did not receive my order. After contacting them by phone, I was assisted kindly and asked to wait a little longer. I was in contact again today and agreed to pick up my order on Monday. To my surprise, someone from the store was at the door later today with my package! As if that wasn't enough, I also received an extra sausage as a gift. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was resolved truly deserves a compliment. Friendly service, good communication, and going that extra mile for the customer. Thanks, team. Ordered on Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday. The package was finally delivered on Friday!! A bit of a shame. The package itself is good.
