De Noord-Dutch cheese is a regional cheese from Noord-Holland. It's a protected one cheese and is produced, processed and prepared in our own region. The Noord-Dutch meadows provide rich milk, because the polder soil is closely connected to the sea. The cheese therefore has an extra full and creamy taste, the older the cheese, the sweeter and more intense the taste. We offer a full line Noord-Dutch cheeses from young (4 weeks matured) to a firm cheese (4 years old).
