From known…

feta we find more and more on menus in the Netherlands. Why? Because of course he is very tasty. The 80% sheep's milk and 20% goat's milk give it its unique taste. It really is a seasoning in salads. Nice to combine with our ZH Olive oil or balsamic vinegar.
Also the Mozzarella is loved. The buffalo milk gives this cheese a full & soft taste. Delicious on toast with tomatoes & basil or with a slice of prosciutto.

…until unique

De Burrata is actually at least as tasty as the aforementioned Mozzarella. The addition of cream in the mozzarella makes it even creamier. Delicious in a salad with nectarines and pistachios.
You can also leave a good impression with the St. Julien Nut Mix on the cheese board. This French processed cheese has a mild taste and is supplemented with a delicious nut mix. This goes wonderfully with a nice light blond beer.
Halloumi is a real grill cheese. This unripened cheese from Cyprus is made from a combination of cow's milk, goat's milk and sheep's milk. This cheese does not run out and is therefore popular as a meat substitute. A delicious recipe is the Halloumi burger with avocado. So you can replace the burger with 2 thick slices of halloumi. You can always flavor the Halloumi while baking with your favorite herbs. The avocado then gives this burger a soft aftertaste.
