There is a reason why these distant cheeses are still bought here. The unique taste has been well worth the crossing.

Belgian Goat Cheese

Belgium may not be known worldwide for it, but the Belgians are masters of making goat cheeses. Our Chevre line are delicious, round goat cheeses, prepared with 100% goat cheese. This goat cheese comes in different versions. There is fresh goat cheese, matured goat cheese and even goat cheese with a little bit of honey. These goat cheeses are delicious to combine with a salad with nuts. You can also cut the roll into slices and put bacon on top. A few minutes in the oven and you have a delicious snack ready! The Merlin Chevre is one with an edible rind.

French Goat Cheese

In France, too, they know how to make goat cheese in such a way that it also appears on many plates in the Netherlands. The Chrevre Florette, for example, combines the classic brie with delicious pasteurized goat's milk. The edible crust is nice and soft, which brings out the creamy taste of the brie.
The Crottin de Chavignol is a small goat cheese from the French village – you guessed it – Chavignol. This small cheese made from raw goat's milk ripens for about two weeks in a damp cellar. What does this do to the cheese? It gets a spicy and salty taste. Perfect for a baguette!

Spanish Goat Cheese

The Monte Enebro is a special goat cheese. Only 7000 of these are made each year. This pasteurized cheese is handmade by cheese maker Rafael Baez and his daughter Paloma. Then this is rolled through a Roguefort mixture. This gives the cheese such a special appearance and delicious taste. After 21 days of ripening, the cheese can be sold. The fresh spicy taste goes very well with a sweet wine.
