The Appenzeller is a spicy cheese from Switzerland. The Appenzeller is made from the raw milk of cows that graze in green Swiss mountain pastures. These cows only receive the best feed, so that they produce the tastiest milk. The raw milk is processed into cheese in a traditional way, no dyes or other additives are used. This cheese is therefore purely natural and that makes it so tasty. Very suitable for raclette or cheese fondue.
