Italian Confectionery

The origin of this artisanal biscuit lies in the beautiful coastal town of Terracina, about two hours from Rome. It is the early sixties when Jo and Anna open the doors of the patisserie. This small-scale patisserie has now grown into an international family business. High-quality raw materials form the basis of this traditional recipe. Almonds are ground into almond flour and mixed with cornstarch and honey. Then the biscuit is slowly baked in the oven. This unique confectionery line is completely free of GMOs and hydrolyzed fats. The product is gluten-free, but produced in a gluten-containing environment. The cookies are incredibly rich in flavor and look beautiful. Not only delicious for coffee and tea, but also a beautiful product to give as a gift.
You can find these cookies in lime, black cherry (cherry), the classic flavor or of course in a tasty mix.

Nougat & Fudge Confectionery

Our freshly chopped nougat is already a beautiful appearance due to the different colors. Delicious with coffee & tea or as a tasty snack. This French confectionery has been a real treat for young and old since 1870. Very nice to give or eat!
Also the American fudge is a real hit in Holland. The creamy caramel and vanilla flavor gives it a nice soft sensation. You can hardly keep your hands off this creamy treat.
