The Antipasti Misto is an indispensable delicacy for the tapas board. In our Antipasti Misto you will find the Prosciutto Crudo - a spiced ham that has been perfectly dried - next to the Coppa Stagionata - a premium cured pork shoulder. The Coppa Stagionata is produced on site and flavored with spices typical of the Cesana area: cinnamon and cloves. As icing on the cake you will find the Salame Milano. A coveted favorite with a balanced seasoning of salt, pepper and garlic. These meats are delicious to combine on a snack board with grapes, cheeses and a nice wine.
