On toast, a baguette, as a filling for chicken or as a seasoning in a fish casserole: what can a tapenade not do? This Provencal specialty is loved all over the world. The name comes from tapéno, which means caper in Provence. Tapenade was first mentioned 200 years before Christ. The bliss, of course, is why this recipe has been around for 2000 years.

Tapenade Tricolore

Ours is based on capers and olives tricolor tapenade a delicious coarse mash: a true figurehead for Provencal perfection. By adding sun-dried tomatoes, this tapenade gets a full flavor with a Mediterranean hint. A golden combination that is hard to pass up.
