Due to the popularity of Tapas the sweet peppers have also become known in the Netherlands. Sweet peppers are small sweet, slightly spicy peppers. Sweet peppers are originally from ZuidAfrica, but are nowadays also widely grown in the Netherlands. Did you know that sweet pepper plants also grow well indoors?

Sweet peppers naturally contain a lot of flavor, but they are also very tasty filled. Filling the sweet peppers with fresh cream cheese makes them taste even better. The cream cheese has a mild taste and that fits perfectly with the sweet peppers, which are already full of flavor. Sweet peppers are indispensable on the tapas board.

Application
