Olive oil

Do you prefer garlic? Then the Olive oil Garlic the perfect match! Made with fragrant, pure garlic and olives from Foggia, Zuid-Italy, as a garlic lover, you are already 1-0 ahead in cooking. Prefer no additions? Then try the Olive oil Foggia Bio. Made from 100% Peranzana olives that gives a full, round taste. These olives also come from the Foggia.

Vinegar

Our Private Label Vinegar is made with a hint of Figs and Dates. The figs are for a fresh tone where the dates give a sweet wink to the whole. This gives it a sweet, syrupy taste. Very tasty with old cheese or goat cheese.

balsamic

What few people know is that balsamic vinegar is a type of vinegar. Made from 100% Trebbiano grapes grown in Modena, Noord-Italy, our balsamic vinegars are already delicious in the base. The Balsamic Maturato – the aged balsamic vinegar – is a vinegar that is boiled down for between 72 and 96 hours. This allows the vinegar to thicken and the taste becomes slightly sweeter and the structure slightly more viscous. For those who really want to try something different, the Balsamic Truffle a delicious alternative. This 9-year-old balsamic vinegar has a deep earthy taste due to the addition of white truffle. Both are real pick-me-ups for salads, fish and meat dishes & more.
