Cheese is good for everyone. But when you're on the line, it's sometimes hard to abstain from this delicacy. Fortunately, we also have the 35+ cheese for this. A Dutch cheese that you can enjoy every day without feeling guilty.

Age

Do you like a creamy, soft cheese? Then the young cheese is perfect! The 35+ young cheese ripens in the warehouse for 1 to 2 months. The young cheese always contains more moisture. Because the fat content is in the dry matter, the young 35+ cheese is the choice with the least fats.
The young matured cheese ripens for 2 to 4 months, so just a little longer. This is followed by the mature cheese with 4 to 6 months, extra mature with 6 to 10 months and old cheese with 10 to 18 months ripening time.
The longer the cheese ripens, the drier and spicier it becomes.
