We started our adventure in Bergen op Zoom in December 2018. We both worked in the hospitality industry in Leeuwarden when we, through Anton (Zuivelhoeve Leeuwarden) at Zuivelhoeve have ended up. The confidence they had in us after the first conversation, together with viewing the store, was the deciding factor for us to go for it. We canceled everything in Leeuwarden and moved to Brabant. We went into it completely inexperienced and full of enthusiasm. We can now look back on the best decision of our lives.
